By considerably optimizing the number of pigments in the ceramic material, Duceram Kiss marks another success in terms of increasing color reliability in relation to the V-shades. Furthermore, optimizing the number of pigments also helps to prevent the effect of metamerism. That means that the shade is to the greatest possible extent the same under different leght conditions, such as typical indoor light or outdoor daylight.
Keep it simple and safe - this is of course also the motto that guided the development of the Kiss color wheel. This color wheel shows you, on a glance the respective Kiss porcelain powders to match the V-shades. Once you set the corresponding V-shade, the lower five fields will automatically show all other color assignments.
The upper, light-blue area shows you the data for the basic layering techniques such as opaque, dentine, incisal and margin materials. The lower, dark-blue area shows powders such as power chromas, Flu Inside powders or opal incisals for the individual layering technique.
The Kiss portioner is the logical extension of the color wheel, that shows 1:1 mixtures in the individual characterization field, for example for power chromas. Using the portioner tool allows absolute reproducibility when mixing two powders. |
